Tech Hiring Expertise: Focus on hiring for roles like Java, React.js, .NET, Frontend, Backend, Fullstack Developers, and other technical positions. Pipeline Development: Continuously build and maintain a strong database of pre-qualified candidates for future hiring waves. Reporting & KPIs: Track daily call volumes, conversion rates (calls to interview), and collaborate with team leads on hiring strategy improvements. Challenge-Ready: Thrive during peak hiring periods, take ownership, and deliver under tight deadlines. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in high-volume . Strong command of sourcing strategies including Naukri Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and candidate engagement tools.
