Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business outcomes.
• Design and develop machine learning models for classification, regression, recommendation, clustering, or forecasting.
• Clean, transform, and enrich data from diverse sources to support modeling and reporting.
• Work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to scope problems and translate them into data science solutions.
• Design and execute A/B testing frameworks for product and marketing optimization.
• Visualize and present results using dashboards and storytelling techniques that influence decisions.
• Monitor and improve deployed models and pipelines for performance and stability.
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with governance standards.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 35 years of practical experience in a data science or machine learning role.
• Proficiency in Python (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, etc.) or R.
• Strong command of SQL and working knowledge of relational databases.
• Solid understanding of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and model evaluation techniques.
• Hands-on experience building and tuning supervised and unsupervised models.
• Experience working with version control systems (e.g., Git) and reproducible workflows.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS (SageMaker), GCP (Vertex AI), or Azure.
• Familiarity with big data tools like Spark, Hive, Presto, or Snowflake.
• Exposure to MLOps practices and tools such as MLflow, Airflow, or Docker.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Plotly, or matplotlib.
• Business acumen to frame open-ended problems and translate insights into action.
