Job Description

Role Overview:-

We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Senior Data Scientist to join our rapidly growing team in Dubai and India. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging data-driven insights to optimize manufacturing processes and drive Industry 4.0 initiatives. You will lead complex projects, mentor junior team members, and collaborate closely with clients to deliver impactful results. This is a senior-level position requiring strong technical skills, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute advanced data science projects focused on optimizing manufacturing processes to support annual sales planning cycle based on demand and improving overall efficiency.
Develop and deploy optimization models using Python, including libraries such as Pulp for optimization.
Design and build interactive tool pages, data dashboards and visualizations using Streamlit for client communication and internal reporting.
Manage and mentor junior data scientists, providing technical guidance and support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and ensure successful implementation.
Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Manage client relationships, ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science and Industry 4.0 technologies and apply them to enhance our solutions. • Perform other duties as assigned. •
Experience running machine learning and optimization models in production environments. •
Good communication, presentation, and client management skills. •
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
