Role Overview: You are an experienced UI Lead responsible for designing and developing enterprise-grade UI solutions, leading technical efforts for large-scale deployments. Your role involves defining the technical direction of UI technologies, optimizing for performance, and ensuring adherence to best practices. Your expertise in UI development, leading teams, optimizing UI code, and driving UI architecture decisions will be crucial for the team's success. Key Responsibilities: - Design modular, scalable, and performant UI solutions for enterprise-grade applications while ensuring adherence to UI development standards and best practices. - Lead the technical efforts in UI technologies, including developing reusable components, performance optimization, and ensuring cross-browser support. - Provide technical guidance and support to the UI team, act as an individual contributor when required, and represent UI technologies internally and externally. - Address non-functional requirements such as optimizing UI performance, solving performance bottlenecks, and ensuring cross-browser compatibility. - Stay updated with current trends in UI architecture, implement best practices within the team, and work effectively with offshore and onshore teams in Agile software development processes. Qualifications: - BE/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/M.S/MCA degree or equivalent experience. - 8+ years of hands-on experience in UI development with a strong track record of leading UI teams and delivering large-scale, high-performance applications.
