As a detail-oriented and tech-savvy User Experience (UX) Tester, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and reporting on the usability, accessibility, and overall experience of our digital products. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our products meet user expectations and align with our business goals. Your key responsibilities will include conducting usability testing on both web and mobile applications. By identifying pain points and areas for improvement in user flows and interface design, you will collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to provide actionable feedback. It will be your task to create and execute user testing scenarios and test cases, documenting bugs, user feedback, and testing results in a clear and thorough manner. Your insights from testing will be vital in improving design decisions and product development. Therefore, staying current on UX/UI trends and best practices is essential to excel in this role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field. Alternatively, equivalent experience will be considered. A strong understanding of UX principles and usability heuristics is necessary, along with experience using usability testing tools such as UserTesting, Lookback, Maze, or Hotjar. Your analytical, observational, and communication skills should be excellent, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to think from the end-user's perspective. Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD will be an advantage in fulfilling your responsibilities effectively.,
