Lead User Interface Designer

Role Overview: Games2win is looking for a UI Lead to join their team in Mumbai. As a UI Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of UI and Graphic artists to create user-centric and trendy interfaces for their mobile games. You will collaborate closely with the CEO, Product Managers, and Game Designers to ensure the UI design meets the requirements and enhances the overall user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of UI and Graphic artists to create clean, clutter-free, and user-centric UI designs for mobile games. - Work closely with the CEO, Product Managers, and Game Designers to understand briefs and translate them into high-quality UI designs. - Research and analyze best practices in the industry by playing top mobile games regularly. - Design UI elements such as flows, menus, HUDs, and iconography according to requirements. - Develop high fidelity mockups and graphical elements for mobile screens. - Create wireframes and modify screen flows based on design specifications and feedback. - Maintain a consistent look and feel throughout the UI design. - Make independent design decisions, solve design problems, and present design concepts effectively. Qualifications Required: - Background in graphic design, interaction design, or HCI with 6-7 years of experience in mobile games/apps. - Shipped at least 10 apps/games as a UI/UX Designer. - Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Axure, Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software. - Hands-on experience or knowledge of Unity 3D is a plus. - Strong foundational graphic design skills including colour theory, composition, and typography. - Excellent understanding of visual design principles, style guidelines, and creative workflow. - Ability to bring art to life while enhancing UX with visuals. - Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to give and receive constructive criticism. - Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for mobile games.,
