Job Title: Power BI DeveloperExperience: 5 to 8 Years

About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Power BI Developer. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in data visualization and analytics, who can independently design and deliver interactive dashboards and reports that drive marketing insights and strategic decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support marketing strategies and performance trackingCollaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and data engineers to gather requirements and deliver impactful visual solutionsDefine measurement frameworks and KPIs, ensuring alignment with business goalsDesign and manage ETL processes to transform and load data from multiple sources into Power BICreate and optimize data models, DAX calculations, and Power Query transformations for efficient reportingContinuously enhance reports based on user feedback, evolving business needs, and new data sourcesOptimize report performance through effective data modeling and query tuningDocument data models, report logic, and development processesConduct training sessions and provide support to empower users in leveraging Power BI effectivelyMonitor and maintain data quality and report reliability

Required Skills And Technologies

5 to 8 years of hands-on experience with Power BI report and dashboard developmentStrong proficiency in SQL and working with large relational databasesAbility to translate business requirements into technical specifications and intuitive visualizationsExperience designing wireframes using tools like Figma or similarSolid understanding of data modeling principles, ETL workflows, and data governanceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience working with AWS cloud services for data integration and storageExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related fieldFamiliarity with marketing analytics and KPIs is a strong plusExposure to Agile Scrum methodologies
