Analyze existing Cognos reports to identify redundancy and performance issues.
Categorize reports by complexity (Simple, Medium, Complex).Consolidate overlapping reports into streamlined, efficient versions.Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize and validate report redesigns.Redesign reports for scalability, efficiency, and long-term maintenance.Conduct unit, QA, regression testing and support UAT cycles.Work closely with the Analytics & Reporting (AW) team for production deployment.Maintain thorough documentation of all analysis, changes, and validation outcomes.Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all delivered reports.
