As part of our growth journey, we are seeking a Co-Founder & Executive Chef to join our leadership team. This role offers the unique opportunity to combine your expertise in food safety and compliance with the spirit of entrepreneurship, helping shape a high-impact food-tech venture from the ground up.Role Overview:
As the Co-Founder & Executive Chef, you will be the culinary leader and operational backbone of Parents & multiple brands. You will oversee recipe development, kitchen setup, food safety, production processes, team building, R&D and scalability. Your role includes both hands-on kitchen involvement in the early stage and strategic leadership as the startup grows. You will work closely with the founding team to build a trusted, quality-first, and health-focused brand.Key ResponsibilitiesMenu Development & Culinary Innovation
✳️ Develop and standardize recipes for all brand categories.✳️ Create nutritionally balanced menus aligned with food-tech and wellness goals.✳️ Ensure taste, consistency, and quality across all outlets and products.✳️ Innovate new health-focused dishes, beverages, and seasonal menus.Kitchen Setup & Operations:
✳️ Design and set up a cloud kitchen from scratch.✳️ Draft SOPs for food production, hygiene, safety, and workflow.✳️ Implement FSSAI, HACCP, and best-practice compliance systems.✳️ Create scalable systems for high-volume production. Quality & Safety Management:
✳️ Ensure highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation.✳️ Manage regular kitchen audits, temperature logs, and quality checks.✳️ Maintain ingredient sourcing standards focusing on freshness and health.Costing, Budgeting & Inventory Control:
✳️ Create recipe costing and pricing strategy for each product line.✳️ Manage vendor relationships and raw material procurement.✳️ Reduce kitchen wastage with efficient inventory planning.Production & Team Leadership:
✳️ Recruit, train, and lead kitchen staff as the company grows.✳️ Build a high-performing culinary team aligned with startup culture.✳️ Supervise day-to-day production during early months.✳️ Transition from hands-on cooking to leadership and R&D over time.Brand Building & Long-Term Vision:
✳️ Ensure brand consistency across all sub-brands.✳️ Drive culinary innovation and health-focused product development.✳️ Contribute strategic decisions as a core member of the founding team.Who You Are:Core Experience:✅
6-15 years of experience as an Executive Chef / Senior Chef.✅ Hands-on expertise in Bengali traditional cuisine.✅ Experience in cloud kitchens, high-volume operations, or food startups (preferred).Skills & Competencies:
✅ Expert in recipe standardization, food safety, and nutrition.✅ Strong knowledge of FSSAI/HACCP compliance.✅ Skilled in cost control, budgeting, and lean kitchen management.✅ Ability to work under pressure with a startup mindset.✅ Strong leadership, people-management, and training abilities.Founder Mindset Requirements:

✅ Must have a personal financial runway for at least 15 months(no fixed salary during Year 1).Compensation Structure:Year 1:
