Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Cluster Manager to oversee our Royaloak Furniture stores in Erode, Karur, and Tiruppur. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in retail management, preferably within the furniture or electronics industry. This role is responsible for the overall performance, strategic direction, and operational excellence of all three stores.

Responsibilities:
Sales & Operations Management: Drive sales growth and profitability across all three stores. Oversee daily operations, ensuring stores meet and exceed sales targets and operational KPIs.

Team Leadership & Development: Lead, motivate, and mentor store managers and their teams to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and coaching.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and business plans for the cluster. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Customer Experience: Ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction by monitoring service standards, addressing customer feedback, and resolving any issues promptly.

Inventory & Visual Merchandising: Monitor inventory levels and manage stock effectively to minimize loss and optimize sales. Ensure stores maintain brand standards in visual merchandising and cleanliness.

Financial Management: Manage store budgets, control costs, and ensure financial reports are accurate and submitted on time.

Compliance & Administration: Ensure all stores adhere to company policies, procedures, and relevant legal regulations. Handle administrative tasks and reporting for the cluster.

Qualifications:
Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple locations. Experience in the furniture or electronics sector is highly preferred.

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.

Business Acumen: Excellent understanding of retail operations, financial management, and sales strategies.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
