Cluster Manager - Retail Institutions-TASC & INSTITUTIONAL BUSINESS-Regional sales

As a Manager, your prime responsibility is to lead a team of SRM/RM in the state. Your key tasks include: - Interacting and liaising with Finance Heads, Accounts Officers, and Key Decision Makers in various Institutions such as Trusts, Societies, Educational bodies, Hospitals, Associations, Clubs, Co-op Banks, Cooperatives, Religious/Charitable Organizations, Corporate/PSUs retirlas, NGOs, etc. to source business and provide customized financial solutions. - Ensuring growth of your own and regional CASA & TD portfolio by cross-selling products and services like CMS, Trade/FX, Loans, Fees Collection, Digital banking solutions, etc. - Collaborating with RL branches to source new business and offering tailored product/sales support to branches involved in lead generation. - Demonstrating excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage with individuals at various organizational levels and external stakeholders. You should possess strong sales and relationship management skills. - Having a good understanding of deal structuring and a wide range of products/services including Cash Management, Trade/FX, and General Banking Products, along with knowledge of processes and operations will be advantageous. - Showcasing interpersonal effectiveness and influencing skills. You should be able to communicate convincingly using data and logic. - Being analytical, with the ability to break down complex issues into manageable parts, identify trends and interrelationships, and comprehend the underlying needs of clients. - Being process-oriented, with the ability to manage information in a structured and systematic manner.
