We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Cluster Manager to lead our retail team in Equitas Small Finance Bank. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the daily operations of the bank's retail branch. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and growth in the retail sector. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats. Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve business objectives. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Job Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the BFSI industry. Strong knowledge of inclusive banking products and services, particularly mortgages. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail. Experience in managing and motivating a team of professionals.
