Cloud Renewal

Job Summary We are looking for a Cloud Renewal Executive who will be responsible for managing and renewing cloud service subscriptions for existing customers. The role involves coordinating with clients, ensuring timely renewals, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting revenue retention for cloud-based products and services. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end cloud subscription renewal process (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud / SaaS products). Track upcoming renewals and proactively contact customers before expiry. Coordinate with sales, finance, and technical teams for pricing, contracts, and invoices. Prepare and share renewal quotes, proposals, and documentation. Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment and closure. Maintain accurate renewal data in CRM/ERP systems. Handle customer queries related to renewals, billing, and service continuity. Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities during renewal discussions. Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention rates. Generate renewal reports and MIS for management review. Required Skills Experience in cloud services or IT services sales/support. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, SaaS solutions). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Good understanding of billing, invoicing, and contract terms. Experience working with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, Freshsales, etc.). Strong follow-up and relationship management skills. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in BBA, B.Com, B.Tech, MCA, MBA, or equivalent. 0–2 years of experience in cloud renewals, IT sales, account management, or customer success. Soft Skills Customer-focused approach. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work under deadlines. Professional email and phone communication skills. Location Preference • Looking for candidates based in Delhi / Noida.
