About You
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in cloud technologies. Designing and implementation of GCP infrastructure using IaC
- Automation of recurring processes
- Working closely with development teams and implementing CI/CD pipelines for building, testing, and deploying applications
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and cloud computing concepts (e.g., GCP Compute Engine, storage, networking, and monitoring tools).
- Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of GCP services such as Compute Engine, Google Cloud Storage, VPC, and Identity & Access Management (IAM).
- Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques for cloud infrastructure issues.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud CLI or other relevant tools is a plus.
- Communication:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with users and provide clear, concise support.
- Ability to document incidents and resolutions in a detailed and organized manner.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and communicate issues and solutions clearly.
- Certifications:
- Google Cloud Certified : Associate Cloud Engineer (or similar certifications) is a plus.
What You ‘ll Do
- Assist in provisioning and configuring GCP resources (Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Storage, IAM)
- Support CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance using tools such as Cloud Build, Jenkins, or GitLab CI
- Monitor system health and application performance using Stackdriver (Cloud Monitoring & Logging)
- Participate in incident response, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for cloud-hosted services
- Help automate routine tasks (e.g., backups, scaling, deployments) using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Cloud Shell)
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate and deploy application code to GCP environments
- Maintain clear documentation of architecture, processes, and runbooks
