CLM and Direct Campaigns Manager

Role Objective:

The CRM Analyst will drive customer growth by leveraging analytics and CRM insights to design, monitor, and optimize cross-sell, up-sell, and win-back strategies across the general insurance portfolio. The role focuses on maximizing customer lifetime value through targeted engagement, data-driven campaigns, and actionable insights.

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage customer life cycle management (CLM) campaigns from acquisition to retention, ensuring seamless customer engagement and growth.
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities through loyalty programs.
Utilize CRM reporting tools to analyze customer segmentation data, identifying areas for improvement in customer retention and acquisition efforts.
Collaborate with the team to design and implement effective campaigns that meet business objectives, leveraging expertise in growth analytics.

3-7 years of experience in CLM, direct campaigns, or a related field.
