We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Clinical Coordinator to oversee the daily clinical operations of our healthcare team. This role bridges patient care and administrative efficiency, ensuring smooth coordination between providers, staff, and patients. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical knowledge, leadership skills, and a passion for improving the patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day clinical workflows to ensure efficient and quality patient care
• Support healthcare providers with scheduling, documentation, and patient follow-ups
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures
• Monitor patient care activities and help resolve issues related to treatment coordination
• Supervise or assist with onboarding and training of clinical support staff (e.g., MAs, LPNs)
• Oversee inventory and ordering of clinical supplies
• Facilitate communication between patients, providers, and external care partners
• Assist in data collection, quality improvement initiatives, and performance reporting
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR/EMR system
• Support coordination of specialty referrals, lab work, diagnostic testing, and pre-authorizations

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: BSc Nursing, Food Science & Nutrition, Social Work, Psychology is preferred
