Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Accreditation Coordinator located in Rajahmundry. The coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing NABH accreditation processes within hospitals. Key responsibilities include coordinating hospital departments for audits, ensuring compliance with NABH standards, assisting in documentation, conducting internal assessments, and providing training sessions to staff. The coordinator will play a key role in guiding hospitals through Entry-Level Certification to Full NABH Accreditation, ensuring smooth audit readiness and quality compliance.
Qualifications
• MHA (Master of Hospital Administration) / Hospital Management / Life Sciences degree
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of NABH standards, documentation, and hospital processes
• Ability to conduct staff training sessions on NABH requirements
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in quality or accreditation-related roles
• Experience in handling Entry-Level and Full Accreditation processes preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and hospital staff to ensure compliance
