About the Role

Clinical Quality Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor

  NABH Accreditation standards

  (Entry & Full Level).
• Conduct

  internal audits

  and assist in external audits.
• Maintain

  SOPs, quality manuals, and hospital documentation

  .
• Ensure

  infection control, risk management, and patient safety protocols

  are followed.
• Prepare reports, compliance checklists, and improvement action plans.
• Train and coordinate with hospital staff on

  NABH requirements

  .
• Support continuous quality improvement initiatives across departments.

Qualifications & Skills

• Preferred Qualification:

  Pharm D (Freshers are highly encouraged).
• Other Eligible Qualifications: MHA, MBA Hospital Management, M.Sc. Biochemistry, Life Sciences, B.Sc. Nursing.
• Strong knowledge/interest in

  hospital quality systems & NABH standards

  .
• Good communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with hospital staff at all levels.

• Telugu speaking candidates preferred.

Experience

• Pharm D freshers are preferable

  .
• Candidates with 1+ year of experience in NABH or hospital quality roles will be given added advantage.
