Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Accreditation Coordinator located in Rajahmundry. The coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing NABH accreditation processes within hospitals. Key responsibilities include coordinating hospital departments for audits, ensuring compliance with NABH standards, assisting in documentation, conducting internal assessments, and providing training sessions to staff. The coordinator will play a key role in guiding hospitals through Entry-Level Certification to Full NABH Accreditation, ensuring smooth audit readiness and quality compliance. Key Responsibilities Implement and monitor quality management systems (QMS) in laboratory operations. Ensure compliance with NABL, ISO, and hospital quality guidelines . Oversee internal audits, external assessments, and documentation . Monitor daily lab processes to maintain accuracy, reliability, and safety standards . Coordinate with lab staff for continuous improvement and corrective actions . Maintain and update SOPs, quality manuals, and compliance records .
