Clinical Coordinator

As a Clinical Coordinator at Nova IVF Fertility in Pumpwell Mangalore, you will play a crucial role in assisting with patient care and treatment procedures. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Assisting in basic patient history taking and documenting patient/donor history in SIVIS system. - Counseling patients and their families about the benefits and risks of IVF treatments transparently. - Providing detailed information to patients and families regarding procedures for successful and unsuccessful cases. - Offering financial counseling to patients regarding treatment packages and advised procedures. - Coordinating and assisting in matching donor and recipient cycles. - Providing counseling to patients interested in surrogacy and offering financial guidance. - Maintaining accurate data and records of IVF patients as per consultant recommendations. - Monitoring and ensuring quality benchmarks set by NIF are met at the center. - Addressing patient feedback and complaints in coordination with operations departments. - Promoting the adoption of SIVIS system and inputting clinical data as required. - Keeping OB-GYN specialists informed about patient progress at regular intervals. - Assisting in designing patient education programs and organizing CME programs. - Ensuring hygiene and cleanliness standards for infection control. - Managing center medical records and ensuring availability for auditing purposes. - Supervising duty rosters for effective manpower utilization. This position requires candidates with a BDS/BAMS/BUMS/BNYS/BSMS/BHMS degree and 6 months to 3 years of experience. Female candidates are preferred for this role. It is a full-time job with benefits including health insurance, provident fund, and a performance bonus. The work schedule is in the day shift with fixed hours at the Pumpwell Mangalore location.,
