Clinical Coordinator

As an Operational Assistant in our healthcare facility, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various aspects of patient care and treatment procedures. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in basic patient history taking and recording patient/donor information in SIVIS system. - Providing transparent counseling to patients and their families regarding the benefits and risks associated with IVF or other recommended treatments. - Educating patients and families about the formalities and procedures involved in both successful and unsuccessful cases. - Offering financial counseling to patients regarding treatment packages and procedures. - Coordinating and facilitating the matching of donor and recipient cycles. - Providing counseling to patients interested in surrogacy and assisting with financial aspects. - Maintaining accurate data and records of IVF patients as advised by the consultant. - Monitoring and ensuring adherence to quality standards and clinical benchmarks defined by NIF. - Addressing patient feedback and complaints in collaboration with the operations team. - Promoting the adoption of SIVIS system at the center and inputting clinical data accurately. - Keeping track of patient progress and updating referring OB-GYN specialists regularly. - Assisting the Operations and Sales & Marketing teams in developing patient education programs and organizing CME sessions. - Ensuring hygiene and cleanliness standards to minimize hospital-acquired infections. - Overseeing the safekeeping of medical records and ensuring their availability for auditing purposes. - Managing duty rosters to optimize manpower utilization effectively.
