Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensure smooth functioning of all departments, and deliver an excellent patient experience. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and operational management skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinic Operations

  • Manage daily functioning of the clinic including staff coordination, patient flow, and service quality.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and well-organized clinic premises.
  • Oversee appointment scheduling, walk-ins, and patient queries.

Team Management

  • Supervise front desk, nursing staff, counsellors, and support staff.
  • Conduct daily briefings, assign duties, and ensure discipline and performance.
  • Support HR with staffing needs, onboarding, attendance, and training.

Customer Service

  • Ensure a positive patient experience from entry to exit.
  • Handle escalations, feedback, and resolve concerns promptly.
  • Maintain high service standards and professionalism at all times.

Administrative & Financial Duties

  • Monitor billing, invoicing, cash handling, and daily sales reports.
  • Maintain records, documentation, and compliance as per company policies.
  • Coordinate with accounts team for payments, vendor management, and stock needs.

Inventory & Resource Management

  • Manage medical and non-medical inventory, consumables, and equipment.
  • Ensure availability of required materials and timely replenishments.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports for management review.
  • Coordinate with the marketing, operations, and management teams.
  • Assist in implementing new processes, SOPs, and performance improvements.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Good knowledge of clinic operations or healthcare processes.
  • Proficiency in Excel, MIS, and general administration.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
