Goal: To drive overall revenue growth of the company and ensure clinic achieves its sales target every month
Strategies:
· Management
o Ensuring a strong team that is motivated to achieve their individual targets
o Regular hiring, training and firing(if required) of staff
o Prevention of staff attrition by timely intervention of their needs
o Granting leaves to staff, maintaining attendance as required.
o Monitoring sales by auditing telecaller for new leads status, counsellor for revenue and targets and client coordinator for pipelines generation
o Ensuring that the Counsellor is regularly maintaining all the XL sheets assigned to her
o Managing Monthly MIS sheet and Achievers group updates on whatsapp
o Monitoring the quality and source of leads and ensuring better utilisation of marketing budgets for better outcomes and ROI
· By doing individual sales
o Calling leads and following them regularly
o Maintain XL sheet for personal leads flow
o Closing leads with proper WIN WIN strategy
· Business growth
o To look for new business opportunities for other cities and centres
o Look for alternate source of revenues
o Look for franchisee model
· HR roles(will be later given to HR head)
o Offer letter to joinee from official mail id
o Employee information sheet distribution
o Appointment letter assignment
o Calculation of monthly and quarterly inecntives
o Create salary accounts for all staff
o Induction for new staff
· Improving quality of services
o Ensure regular training
o SOPs of services to be followed
o Handling escalations and unhappy clients
o Asking for customer referrals
o Arranging and planning high tea events for personal connect and client engagement
