We are looking for a responsible and organized Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations of our clinic. You will manage staff, ensure smooth patient flow, handle inventory, and support administrative tasks.
The Clinic Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensure smooth client experiences, maintain high service standards, manage the team, and support business growth through performance tracking, client retention, and marketing coordination. Key Responsibilities1. Operations & Administration Supervise daily clinic activities to ensure seamless operations. Manage appointment schedules, staff rosters, and client flow. Maintain clinic hygiene, equipment upkeep, and product inventory. Oversee billing, cash management, and coordination with the accounts team. Ensure compliance with all clinic policies, hygiene protocols, and safety standards. 2. Client Experience & Relationship Management Ensure every client receives a premium experience from entry to exit. Handle client feedback, concerns, and escalations with professionalism and empathy. Monitor service quality and therapist performance during client interactions. Support in building client loyalty through personalized care and follow-ups. 3. Team Management Supervise and motivate therapists, front desk, and support staff. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews. Organize training and development sessions in coordination with the Clinical Cosmetologist. Foster a positive and professional work culture aligned with brand values. 4. Sales & Marketing Support Achieve monthly sales and service targets through upselling and client conversions. Track and analyze performance metrics (revenue, footfall, retention, etc.). Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, offers, and social media content. Manage promotional events, influencer visits, and collaborations. 5. Reporting & Coordination Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports. Assist management in strategy planning and operational improvements. Ensure smooth communication between staff, management, and clients. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Hospitality, or Cosmetology Management). Minimum 2–4 years of experience in managing a premium beauty clinic, salon, or spa. Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills. Knowledge of beauty/aesthetic services, skin treatments, and client care. Proficient in MS Office and CRM/booking software. Presentable, proactive, and customer-focused personality.
