Client Servicing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a primary support point of contact between clients and internal departments (creative, strategy, design, digital, IT, and research teams).
• Understand client briefs thoroughly and coordinate with internal teams to execute campaigns effectively.
• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of all services, campaigns, and brand projects.
• Take meeting notes, manage follow-ups, and prepare status reports, presentations, and client updates.
• Maintain project timelines, task lists, and reporting trackers to ensure accountability and smooth operations.
• Assist in presentations, reports, and business reviews.
• Stay updated on brand activities, industry trends, competitor campaigns, and market insights to provide valuable recommendations.
• Support in project coordination, client servicing, account management, and campaign execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree/Certificate in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in client servicing, account management, or brand coordination within a marketing, digital, or advertising agency.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills with a client-first approach.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies, brand management, and creative processes is an added advantage.

Working Shift:

• 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM – In Office
• 9:00 PM to 1:00 AM – Work from Home
