Client Servicing Executive (CSE) / Brand Servicing Executive

Role Overview: As a Client Servicing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day client communications, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of brand and marketing projects. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a primary support point of contact between clients and internal departments (creative, strategy, design, digital, IT, and research teams). - Understand client briefs thoroughly and coordinate with internal teams to execute campaigns effectively. - Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of all services, campaigns, and brand projects. - Take meeting notes, manage follow-ups, and prepare status reports, presentations, and client updates. - Maintain project timelines, task lists, and reporting trackers to ensure accountability and smooth operations. - Assist in presentations, reports, and business reviews. - Stay updated on brand activities, industry trends, competitor campaigns, and market insights to provide valuable recommendations. - Support in project coordination, client servicing, account management, and campaign execution. Qualifications Required: - Degree/Certificate in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience in client servicing, account management, or brand coordination within a marketing, digital, or advertising agency. - Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills with a client-first approach. - Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. - Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail. - Knowledge of marketing strategies, brand management, and creative processes is an added advantage.,
