Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Communication & Relationship Management

2. Event Coordination & Execution

✅ Ensure all client deliverables are met, including branding, logistics, and event flow.

✅ Assist in vendor coordination and logistical arrangements for smooth execution.

3. Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution

4. Budget & Documentation Support

✅ Help in preparing cost estimates, budget breakdowns, and approval documents.

✅ Track event expenses and support post-event billing and documentation.

5. Post-Event Client Engagement

Key Requirements:

3-6 years of experience in event management or related fields.

Background in event agencies, hospitality, or advertising is highly preferred.

Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.

Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends.
