Triangular Dots is a 360-degree marketing solutions company that conducts events and promotions across India for several corporate clients.A company with a professional approach. Conducts product launches, seminars, manpower-driven activities, exhibitions, and college and corporate promotions.

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and proactive professional who can independently manage clients, handle events end-to-end, and deliver outstanding results. The role demands strong client handling, operational excellence, and creative pitching abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple client accounts independently, overseeing the complete project lifecycle from brief to execution.
  • Build and nurture long-term client partnerships through strategic communication, trust, and proactive relationship management.
  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute high-impact events, activations, and brand experiences aligned with client objectives.
  • Drive creative ideation and develop compelling event proposals, presentations, and pitches.
  • Oversee cross-functional collaboration with design, production, logistics, and vendor teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables with strong financial and operational accountability.
  • Conduct detailed post-event analysis, reporting, and client feedback sessions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure accurate project documentation, data tracking, and reporting using MS Excel and other tools.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, vendor negotiations, and on-ground event execution.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior servicing and operations team members.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in client servicing and event management
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale corporate events, BTL campaigns, and experiential marketing projects.
  • Exceptional client-handling, communication, and presentation skills with a consultative approach.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project management tools is an advantage.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel as per project or client requirements
