Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and ensuring effective and timely support.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute events from conceptualization to completion, ensuring seamless delivery.
• Collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and clients to ensure high-quality event experiences.
• Prepare detailed presentations, event proposals, budgets, and post-event reports.
• Maintain and manage trackers, reports, and data using MS Excel to monitor event progress and client deliverables.
• Provide operational and on-ground support during events, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
• Travel for client meetings and events as required.
  

Requirements

• Graduate in any stream (Marketing/Management preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in client servicing, event operations, or related roles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, stay organized, and meet deadlines independently.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional client and event experiences.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel for events and client meetings.
