We are India’s premium distributor and e-commerce partner for fine-art and writing brands (Caran d’Ache, Jacquard, H. Dupont, KREUL, etc.). We serve B2B retailers/Institutes and D2C customers.

Job Summary

You will handle email, WhatsApp, and phone queries, share product information, run email & WhatsApp campaigns, create simple product catalogues (Canva), and drive outreach to both B2B and B2C customers. Strong English communication (oral & written) and follow-through are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via email/WhatsApp/phone; provide accurate product info, pricing, availability, and basic usage guidance.
  • Manage order-related questions and coordinate internally for resolutions.
  • Email & WhatsApp Marketing: build segments, draft newsletters/offers, schedule broadcasts, track performance.
  • Outbound outreach: prospect, follow up, and re-activate past customers (B2B & B2C); book demos/calls.
  • Maintain a clean CRM/lead tracker with next steps and outcomes.
  • Create/update product catalogues/one-pagers/price lists in Canva or similar.
  • Prepare weekly reports: response times, outreach volume, conversions, and customer feedback.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years in Customer Support / Inside Sales / Account Coordination (D2C, distribution, or e-commerce preferred).
  • Excellent English (clear phone etiquette + crisp email/WhatsApp writing).
  • Hands-on with Email marketing tools (Mailchimp/Sendinblue/HubSpot) & WhatsApp Business.
  • Canva proficiency for basic catalogues and sheets.
  • Google Workspace/MS Office skills; basic CRM usage.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and follow-up driven.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Ecwid/Shopify, Amazon/Flipkart back-office.
  • Knowledge of premium stationery/fine-art supplies.
  • Additional languages (Hindi/Gujarati/Marathi).

Key Performance Indicators

  • First response time ≤ 1 business hour (during shift).
  • Resolution for standard queries ≤ 24 hours.
  • 30–50 quality outreach touchpoints/day (email/WhatsApp/calls).
  • Timely catalogue/price-list updates; zero critical errors.

Work Schedule & Compensation

  • Hours: 9:30 AM–6:30 PM IST (Mon–Sat); occasional campaign evenings/weekends.
  • Compensation: Competitive, with performance incentives. (Exact range discussed during interview.)
