Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and accountable Client Success Manager to own and manage fewof our most strategic global accounts, US-based enterprise software companies. This is a cross-functional, high-visibility position that will define how Digital Aptech delivers excellence and scales globally through long-term client trust.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Client Relationship Management: - Act as the primary liaison between the client and Digital Aptech's internal teams - Maintain daily communication and manage client satisfaction - Own account growth strategy
  • Client Success Manager Delivery Oversight: - Ensure timely onboarding and replacements - Monitor performance and billing hygiene Reporting & QBRs: - Prepare Monthly Progress Reports and QBRs - Maintain dashboards and performance trackers Process & Compliance: - Ensure compliance with SOC2, OneTrust, NDA, etc. Growth & Expansion: - Identify upsell opportunities - Align with US Client Partner for BU expansion

Preferred candidate profile

  • 6-10 years in account management or client success
  • Experience in IT services or staff augmentation
  • Familiarity with Agile, global teams, and billing systems
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
