Client Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing a portfolio of accounts.  Relationship Building: Cultivate and sustain strong, lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.  Needs Assessment: Understand client needs, goals, and challenges to offer appropriate solutions and recommendations.  Problem Resolution: Handle client inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.  Sales & Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell services, offer new products, and close deals to drive revenue and achieve sales targets.  Internal Collaboration: Work with cross-functional internal teams (sales, customer service, product development) to ensure a cohesive and positive client experience.  Reporting & Tracking: Maintain accurate client records and provide regular reports on client satisfaction, retention, and key performance indicators (KPIs).  Client Retention: Implement strategies and provide exceptional service to foster client loyalty and reduce churn.  Essential Skills & Qualifications Communication: Strong verbal and written communication, listening, and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients.  Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport, foster trust, and work cooperatively with diverse clients and internal teams.  Problem-Solving: Analytical and decisive skills to identify root causes of issues and implement effective solutions.  Sales & Negotiation: Knowledge of sales tactics, negotiation skills, and the ability to close deals.  Customer Focus: A genuine commitment to understanding and meeting client needs and expectations.  Adaptability: Ability to adapt to new situations and challenges in a dynamic client landscape.  Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools for managing client interactions and data.
