Job Description

Role Overview:
A Client Relationship Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and supporting business growth through excellent service and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients.
  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
  • Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Handle client queries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, support) to meet client needs.
  • Maintain records of client interactions and prepare regular reports.
  • Support sales efforts by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and retention.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service mindset with problem-solving ability.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
