Role Overview

Client Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the
primary point of contact
for assigned clients and maintain regular communication.
Understand client goals, marketing objectives, and translate them into actionable plans for internal team.
Coordinate with creative, ads, and content team to ensure timely delivery of projects and campaigns.
Track ongoing campaigns, share performance reports, and suggest improvements.
Manage client feedback constructively and ensure quick resolution of issues.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute client insights and campaign ideas.
Maintain CRM data, prepare meeting summaries, and support account management documentation.

What We’re Looking For

1–2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or digital marketing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM, etc.) is a plus.

Qualifications and Experience required:

Graduation of any discipline
Course in Digital Marketing/ similar field - preferred
