Performance Marketing Intern

Key Responsibilities: Assist in creating, launching, and optimizing Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads campaigns Research and identify audiences, ad creatives, and targeting strategies Monitor campaign performance and analyze KPIs such as CTR, CPL, ROAS Support in building reports and insights for internal and client use Collaborate with the creative team to guide ad copy and visuals Stay updated on performance trends and competitor benchmarks What We're Looking For: Basic understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms Analytical mindset and love for numbers and optimization Interest in marketing funnels, conversions, and ROI Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager is a bonus Eagerness to learn, experiment, and grow in performance marketing Perks & Learning: Direct mentorship from senior performance marketers Hands-on exposure to real campaigns and live budgets Opportunity to be absorbed full-time based on performance Certificate of Internship & Letter of Recommendation Job Types: Full-time, Internship Contract length: 12 months Pay: ₹5,000.81 - ₹6,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
