Job Description

dynamic, proactive, and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Understand client needs, address concerns, and provide timely resolutions.
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and service reviews.
Coordinate with internal departments to deliver solutions aligned with client expectations.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and business expansion.
Conduct client visits, meetings, and presentations as required.
Prepare client reports, feedback summaries, and activity updates.
Maintain accurate documentation of interactions in CRM tools.
Support business development and retention activities.

Requirements

1 - 4 years of experience in Client Relationship / Customer Success / Account Management roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proactive, customer-centric, and problem-solving approach.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and work under minimal supervision.
Willingness to travel
for client meetings and business requirements.
