Client Relationship Executive

• Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day deliverables of all clients • Keeping track of the lead follow for specific clients and coordinating the same on the returns.  • Coordinate with the content team to strategize original and engaging multimedia content  across multiple social platforms • Keeping track of influencers and photographers for the brands that require the same and making sure it is coordinated to all social media platforms • Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights • Identify consumer trends to help with planning social media campaigns • Optimize content and analyze competitor activity to further encourage community interaction and engagement • Manage the entire client base along with generating retainer invoices on frequent cycles and  sending out proposals for new clients • Manage the entire team and coordinate in generating daily as well as monthly targets for the client  and also keeping track of the budget and spending. • Regularly liaise with clients via phone, email, conference calls, or face-to-face to keep a good rapport and follow up on what's happening.
