Job Description

detail-oriented and proactive Operations & University Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day academic operations for education and training programs.
Coordinate with partner universities and institutions to ensure compliance with academic guidelines and policies.
Oversee scheduling, program delivery, and documentation of academic activities.
Prepare and submit timely reports to internal stakeholders and university partners.
Address and resolve academic and operational issues to ensure seamless execution of programs.
Maintain effective communication and strong relationships with university representatives and faculty.
Support accreditation, audits, and other compliance-related activities.
Monitor program performance metrics and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.

Required Candidate Profile:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Education, or related field.
36 years of experience in academic operations, university coordination, or higher education administration.
Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and reporting abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with academic/ERP systems is an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
