We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Supply Lead to manage and strengthen our PTL (Part Truck Load) and Intracity transportation operations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage the PTL supply network across assigned regions. Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with transporters and fleet partners. Ensure vehicle availability, route planning, and on-time dispatch. Monitor daily operations, resolve supply issues, and improve service levels. Negotiate rates, contracts, and service terms with vendors. Collaborate with operations, planning, and customer teams for seamless execution. Track market trends, freight movements, and cost optimisation opportunities. Ensure documentation, compliance, and safety standards are followed. Requirements: 38 years of experience in PTL or logistics transportation. Strong vendor management and negotiation skills. Good understanding of routes, lanes, and market dynamics. Problem-solving approach with ability to handle ground-level challenges. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Preferred candidate profile
