We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations & University Relationship Manager to oversee academic operations and strengthen coordination with affiliated universities for our education and training programs. The role requires excellent organizational skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to ensure smooth academic delivery in alignment with institutional requirements. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day academic operations for education and training programs. Coordinate with partner universities and institutions to ensure compliance with academic guidelines and policies. Oversee scheduling, program delivery, and documentation of academic activities. Prepare and submit timely reports to internal stakeholders and university partners. Address and resolve academic and operational issues to ensure seamless execution of programs. Required Candidate Profile: Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Education, or related field. 36 years of experience in academic operations, university coordination, or higher education administration. Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and reporting abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with academic/ERP systems is an advantage. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
