Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and manage corporate sales opportunities for bags across multiple product categories.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, institutions, and large-volume buyers.
  
• Generate leads, pitch products, and negotiate deals to achieve revenue targets.
  
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns tailored for corporate clients.
  
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
  
• Ensure timely order execution, delivery coordination, and client satisfaction.
  
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reporting for management review.
  
• Explore opportunities for institutional tie-ups, gifting solutions, and promotional bulk orders.
  

Required Candidate Profile:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  
• 3 - 8 years of proven experience in

  B2B/corporate sales

  , preferably in the

  bag industry

  or consumer goods sector.
• Strong network with corporates, institutions, and bulk buyers is highly desirable.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in driving sales growth.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
  

Preferred Industry Experience:

• Bag Industry (School Bags, Laptop Bags, Travel Bags, Duffle Bags).
  
• Consumer Goods / Corporate Gifting / Institutional Sales
