Role & responsibilities : A Showroom Sales Executive is responsible for greeting customers, showcasing products, and closing sales in a retail showroom environment . Key duties include demonstrating product features, maintaining showroom appearance, meeting sales targets, and processing transactions. This role requires strong customer service, product knowledge, and sales skills. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in the showroom. Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge to answer questions and make recommendations. Demonstrate products to customers, highlighting features and benefits. Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets and quotas. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom display. Process sales transactions and manage related documentation. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Participate in sales events and promotions. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and other professionals. Qualifications and skills Experience: Previous sales or customer service experience is often preferred, though entry-level positions may be available. Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is often the minimum requirement, with higher education in marketing or business being beneficial for advancement. Skills: Communication: Clear and effective verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and providing information. Customer Service: Ability to provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction. Sales: Negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills are critical for meeting sales goals.
