• Identify and generate high-quality corporate leads through proactive outreach and market intelligence.
• Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of corporate accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Build and sustain robust, long-term customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
• Drive significant sales growth and successfully meet or exceed assigned revenue targets.
• Collaborate with various internal teams (e.g., revenue, reservations) to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Oversee sales operations and processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and optimal service delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and maintaining client trust.
• Align sales activities and strategies directly with broader business objectives.

• Proven experience in Account Management and Lead Generation within a corporate sales environment.
• Strong foundational skills in Sales Strategy and Sales Operations.
• Proficiency in delivering excellent Customer Service and fostering lasting client relationships.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is a significant advantage.
