Required Candidate Profile: Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Education, or related field. 36 years of experience in academic operations, university coordination, or higher education administration. Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and reporting abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with academic/ERP systems is an advantage. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
