Job Reference:ROLE OVERVIEWThe Learning Partner III is a senior learning professional responsible for providing the overall evidence-based learning strategy for our largest client that has many individual learning programs.This role stays abreast of the overall client needs and individual program needs to strategically recommend strategic solutions and curricula based on adult learning principles that our team creates. The focus will include program, project, vendor, and stakeholder management involved to facilitate necessary communication. The Learning Partner III can include creating course and learning path scope documents, storyboards, facilitating course development, analyzing learning outcomes, determining content update needs, and presenting learning results to leadership.This role ensures learning programs are structured, engaging, and continuously improved. As a subject matter expert in training design and delivery, Learning Partner III collaborates with other Learning Partners that build out the proposed strategy. They partner with business stakeholders, squad representatives, and Learning Associates to implement scalable and effective learning solutions. Additionally, they support Learning Partners I and II by sharing best practices, refining training content, and ensuring learning strategies align with company objectives.MAIN DUTIES:Work closely with the client, business teams, and squads to ensure training programs support workforce development needs.Create frameworks and scope documents strategizing the various learning programs.Develop and optimize learning programs that address skill gaps, drive performance improvements, and align with company objectives.Collaborate with other Learning Partners and Learning Associates, who assist with content strategy, design, production, training delivery, monitoring, and learner support.Apply evidence-based adult learning principles and leverage both high-touch and low-touch learning modalities to enhance knowledge retention.Gather learner feedback and training data to continuously improve learning experiences.Refine instructional design processes, ensuring learning materials are effective, engaging, and scalable.Act as a subject matter expert in learning methodologies, instructional technologies, and digital training solutions.Mentor Learning Partners I and II by sharing best practices and supporting their training delivery skills.Facilitate training sessions and Train-the-Trainer workshops, ensuring learners are engaged and materials are effectively delivered.Stay updated on industry trends, learning technologies, and best practices to enhance training effectiveness.REQUIREMENTS:Education and ExperienceBachelor’s or master's degree in education, Instructional Design, Educational Technologies, Learning Sciences, Organizational Psychology, HR, or a related field.5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, learning project management, or training program development.Proven ability to design, implement, and improve large-scale training programs for global teams.Technical Skills:Adult Learning Theories & Instructional Design: Strong knowledge of evidence-based learning methodologies (e.g., experiential learning, Bloom’s taxonomy, constructivist approaches).Learning Authoring Tools: Experience with Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Synthesia, or similar platforms.Business Analytics & Reporting: Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, Google Sheets, and other data analysis tools for measuring training effectiveness.Client & Enterprise Software: Experience working with Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams, Office Suite, or other client-specified platforms.AI & LLM Integration: Familiarity with AI-driven solutions such as Gemini, Notebook LM, ChatGPT, Azure AI, or similar technologies for training automation and content generation.LMS Administration & Digital Learning Tools: Hands-on experience managing content, learners, and reporting within Learning Management Systems.Soft Skills:Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical global audiences.Strong project and program management skillsStrong training facilitation and instructional design capabilities.Ability to apply data-driven insights to refine training programs.Effective collaboration and problem-solving in cross-functional teams.Preferred Qualifications:Exposure to large-scale digital learning initiatives.Experience in AI data labeling, search evaluation, or corporate learning environments.Other Requirements:A proactive approach to learning innovation and continuous improvement.Adaptability to evolving business needs and technological advancements in learning methodologies.Work around core hours to provide support to global teams.
