We are looking for a Client Experience – Consultant (Business Development) with 5–10 years of experience who brings a strong flair for consultative selling. This role is critical in driving growth across Fourth Quadrant’s portfolio of solutions, with a focus on building meaningful client relationships, uncovering organizational needs, and positioning strategic, high-value interventions.
The ideal candidate is commercially sharp, consultative in approach, and comfortable engaging with CXOs, HR leaders, and business heads on complex people and organizational challenges.
o Drive revenue growth across the portfolio—Leadership Development, Talent Strategy, OD, and Culture solutions.
o Acquire new clients and grow existing accounts through consultative engagement.
o Consistently deliver on monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
o Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, positioning Fourth Quadrant as a strategic partner.
o Conduct discovery conversations to diagnose client needs and co-create tailored solutions.
o Deliver impactful client pitches, proposals, and presentations.
o Generate opportunities via cold outreach, industry networking, referrals, HR forums, and digital platforms.
o Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline with clear forecasting.
o Map key accounts and drive multi-stakeholder engagement.
o Work closely with consulting and delivery teams to design solutions aligned with client challenges.
o Ensure seamless handover from sales to execution, maintaining accountability for client success.
o Stay updated on HR, leadership, and talent trends shaping the market.
o Track competitor offerings and strengthen positioning through insights.
Conduct client meetings (virtual & face-to-face) with CXOs, CHROs, L&OD Heads and business leaders.
Lead needs assessments and design consultative proposals.
Develop tailored pitches and presentations for strategic projects.
Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities across existing client accounts.
Represent Fourth Quadrant at industry events and HR leadership forums.
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business/HR/Management.
5–10 years of B2B consultative selling experience, preferably in consulting, training, HR, or talent domains.
Proven track record in enterprise account management and business development.
Strong ability to engage, influence, and build trust with CXO-level stakeholders.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset—organized, persistent, and driven to deliver results.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Play a key role in expanding a fast-growing consulting firm.
