This role demands strong consul􀆟ng depth, client leadership, and the ability to shape, scale, and evolve our Talent & OD practice. You will work closely with CHROs and senior business leaders to deliver customized solutions across leadership development, HiPo strategy, job evaluation, assessment centers, and culture transformation.
