Learn more at www.fourthquadrant.in About the Role As a Practice Lead – Talent & OD Solutions, you will own and drive all delivery of projects including high-value delivery to learning programs & consulτ€†Ÿng engagements for Fourth Quadrant’s enterprise clients. This role demands strong consulτ€†Ÿng depth, client leadership, and the ability to shape, scale, and evolve our Talent & OD practice. You will work closely with CHROs and senior business leaders to deliver customized solutions across leadership development, HiPo strategy, job evaluation, assessment centers, and culture transformation.
