As a Practice Lead – Talent & OD Solutions, you will own and drive all delivery of projects including high-value delivery to learning programs & consulting engagements for Fourth Quadrant’s enterprise clients. This role demands strong consulting depth, client leadership, and the ability to shape, scale, and evolve our Talent & OD practice.
You will work closely with CHROs and senior business leaders to deliver customized solutions across leadership development, HiPo strategy, job evaluation, assessment centers, and culture transformation.
• Lead the end-to-end design and execution of leadership development journeys and HiPo programs
• Shape and own Assessment & Development Center strategy for clients
• Drive Job Evaluation, Role Architecture, and Talent Strategy projects
• Lead solutioning, consulting walk-throughs, and co-create client-specific interventions
• Build and grow CXO-level relationships, ensuring engagement success and account growth
• Mentor and coach internal team members, enabling capability uplift
• Play an active role in IP development, thought leadership, and practice growth
• Contribute to or lead culture and organizational transformation projects
• 10–14 years of experience in talent consulting or corporate COEs
• Strong track record of delivering enterprise-wide learning & OD solutions
• Strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and influence at the C-suite level
• High comfort with design, delivery, and facilitation
• Exposure to culture, change, or OD interventions is desirable
• Proven ability to lead teams, build consulting assets, and grow accounts
✓ Graduate degree (any stream) – essential
✓ Postgraduate degree/diploma in HR, Organizational Behavior, Psychology, or
related disciplines (e.g., MBA/PGDM, MA Psychology, MSW) – preferred
✓ Assessment & Development Center design and facilitation (e.g., Aon, SHL, Mercer)
✓ Behavioral Event Interviewing (BEI)
✓ Train-the-Trainer (TTT) certification for behavioral facilitation
✓ Familiarity with psychometric tools (e.g., MBTI, DISC, Hogan, OPQ32)
✓ Basic exposure to Job Evaluation methodologies (e.g. IPE, Hay)
✓ Familiarity with organizational culture transformation tools
✓ Knowledge of Design Thinking and/or Change Management
✓ Work with a handcrafted consulting firm known for premium, high-impact work
✓ Solve real business problems through people-centric interventions
✓ Work with CXO-level clients across industries
✓ Lead a team of passionate, sharp, and driven consultants
