About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Luxury Real Estate Sales Trainer to lead a high-impact 2-day workshop for real estate sales professionals. The trainer will deliver practical insights, tools, and techniques for effectively engaging and closing deals in the luxury property market.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver a 2-day Luxury Sales Training program tailored to premium real estate sales.
Conduct interactive sessions on client handling, presentation, and negotiation strategies.
Share real-world examples and case studies from the luxury property segment.
Enhance the team's ability to understand and meet the expectations of high-net-worth clients (HNIs).
Provide structured feedback and post-training guidance to participants.
Requirements:
Minimum 810 years of experience in Real Estate Sales or Luxury Sales Training.
Proven track record of conducting sales or behavioral training in the real estate sector.
Strong understanding of the luxury housing market in Mumbai, Pune, or Bangalore.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Prior experience with leading real estate developers will be a plus.
