Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Client Account Manager to manage client relationships, drive revenue growth, and contribute to the company’s strategic expansion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B service sales (preferably HR or staffing services), strong account management skills, and a deep understanding of client needs. Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in HR services across assigned industries and geographies. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Act as the main point of contact between the client and internal service delivery teams. Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and sales presentations tailored to client needs. Develop account plans and strategies to maximize revenue and growth within existing accounts. Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate closely with the recruitment, payroll, and HR tech teams to ensure high-quality service delivery. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, deals, and pipeline activities using CRM tools. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field (MBA preferred). 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development (experience in HR services or staffing industry is highly desirable). Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills and client-centric mindset. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).
